When I was building my bowl I needed help and there was no help. I was not a fan of the sauces but decided to just go with a few standard flavors. When they bought the food to me, the noodles were soooo overcooked. No problem. I try to eat it anyways. The meat was inedible. Chewy to no end.. I ended up spitting it out. After like 5 pieces of beef like that, I try the other meats I selected for my bowl. Somehow I took a bite of what appeared to be a chicken or pork bone and it was very disgusting. Imagine taking a bite of a piece of chicken wing bone from a stir fry? The flavor wasn't good to begin with but as a person who is not picky about textures and can normally stomach chewy beef, this was the worst. I could not eat anymore and needed to leave because I was so grossed out so I went to pay. I told the lady about my experience and she did not acknowledge it as a problem with her restaurant but instead charged me and told me I could go back to try again. I was literally gagging just being there trying to pay so I could leave so I told her no. I did not know noodles were extra (again, I tried asking for help and the man ignored me and there was no one to walk me through the proces

Was hoping this place would be close to Mangolian Grille that used to be off of 183 around burnet road. It was a totally different set up and not nearly as many options. They had the meats (which i didnt get any bc it said halal chicken and it was completely defrosted and looked like it could be bad) veggies, and sauces as well as seasonings but not near as many as mongolian grille used to have and the bowl was so small in comparison. We weren't told how to do everything so we only got 1 cup of sauce and it made our food pretty flavorless. We also didnt know how the noodles worked bc they give them at this establishment you dont get them yourself. So the bowl wasnt anything I would want ever again. You also got to choose your rice but they cooked it into your bowl which I didnt like bc ive already got a noodle in the bowl. You had to pay separately for anything else... eggrolls, pot stickers or salads. They didnt have the onion soup of sesame flatbread which was disappointing. Overall I give them a 2 star but wouldnt eat there again. They did have a huge menu of sushi (which I dont eat) but dont know if it was good. We were seated and asked our drinks then the guy never came back

I come here often and I always leave satisfied. The bowls are really tasty. The service is good and they are always very friendly. The restaurant is clean and also the restrooms. You should try it. I really recommend the bowl.

My boyfriend and I came in late tonight and Na was so welcoming and kind! It was our first time eating here, and we both got the build-your-own stir fry. Ingredients were super fresh, and it was fun putting everything together ourselves. Na was also very helpful guiding us through the process! We also had the crab rangoons (10/10) and the BOGO spring and egg rolls (also 10/10). The food was amazing, and the service was even better! Na really made our night. We’ll definitely be back!

Mongolian grill and sushi restaurant. All of the other patrons were ordering the stirfry so we gave it a shot. The bowl for ingredients seemed awfully small and they do up charge if you overfill it. However , the cooked result was of adequate size for the $13. The food was quite tasty and we enjoyed the meal. Would recommend not overdoing the cooking sauce. I used three containers and I think one and a half or two would’ve been sufficient. We will be returning. Highly recommend.
